What does the AdiOS demo show?

A 15-stop interactive tour of the Circular Operating System (COS) inside AdiOS. Each stop has a TRY-IT widget — toggle the network off and watch Meridian CRDT keep running, try to export PII and watch Sentinel block it, slide the confidence threshold and see promotion shift, validate a clinical decision against the FHIR ontology. How does AdiOS scan an existing enterprise?

Four components form the scan-to-twin pipeline. adios-seedvault (L4 data layer) ingests file systems, databases, APIs, documents, and event streams — classifying and DID-tagging every artifact at the sovereign boundary. adios-cortex scores and promotes candidates across confidence tiers (Personal 0.70 → Domain 0.85 → Enterprise 0.95). adios-deeproot turns promoted knowledge into a SHACL-validated sector ontology graph. adios-mirror instantiates a queryable, simulatable digital twin of the institution — with sector specialisations for BFSI (adios-regtwin), healthcare (adios-health-twin), and agriculture (adios-agri-twin).
